When can I expect my order to arrive?
Dispatch Time
0-1 Business Days
At least 95% of orders placed before 1:30pm GMT will be dispatched on the same business day.
Delivery Times (Estimates)
UK: Next Day
EU: 2-5 Business Days
US: 2-7 Business Days
ROW: 3-14 Business Days
Please note that these are estimate delivery times and do not take into account rare occurences such as international customs inspections.
Can I track my order?
Free tracked shipping is provided for orders of £15 or more in value.
If your order is less than the amount stated, then shipping will be untracked. We can offer tracked shipping at an additional cost in these instances, but please get in touch with us prior to placing your order.
To track an order, please select the chat button in the bottom right hand side of the website and choose 'Track my order'. You will need your order number, which can be retrieved from your order page or dispatch notificatication.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns for up to 14 days after an order has been received.
You must get in touch with us first in order for us to initiate the returns process.

What is a mount?
A mount (also known as a 'matt' or 'passepartout' in certain territories), is a border cut from mountboard to enhance the presentation of a picture, and to seperate the image from the frame moulding.
Do all of your framed products include a mount?
Only those that are specified as including a mount on their product page.
Mounts are usually unneccesary for minimalist prints or images with natural borders.
If you are hoping to purchase a framed print without a mount included, please get in touch with us using the contact form and we would be more than happy to accommodate your request.
Why do your framed products not include glass glazing as standard?
Do you offer additional frame styles?
Yes, we actually have an extensive range of frames that can be made to order by a specialist framer.
Please use the contact form if you would like to enquire about our full range of frames. Bear in mind that custom orders may require an additional 4-6 business days to fulfil.
I'd like to purchase particular artwork that isn't featured on your website. Would this be a possibility?
We have access to a very extensive range of art, far beyond what we currently advertise on our website. Please feel free to use the contact form for any custom requests, and we'll see whether or not this could be a possibility.
